We worked with the Fergus Agricultural Society to develop a Strategic Plan for 2024-2027. Through a structured, collaborative approach, we ensured the Strategic Plan is rooted in the Society’s current realities and long-term aspirations. 

Our process was tailored to the Society’s unique needs; built on the insights gathered from a 2023 Stakeholder Engagement Survey which heard from over 1,000 respondents. In addition to this work, we: 

  • Gathered direct input through a survey of the Society’s board members, committee chairs, and key community members. This gave us a clear understanding of the Society’s strengths, challenges, and priorities for the future. 

  • Facilitated a collaborative workshop to identify areas for improvement and key growth opportunities.   

  • Synthesized all the insights gathered to shape strategic direction, set actionable goals, and clear timelines.  

The result is a Strategic Plan that sets aspirations, priorities and actionable steps for the next three years. The Strategic Plan charts a path for the Fergus Agricultural Society to reach its aspirations while continuing to host the annual Fall Fair; a highlight for the Fergus community.
