Supporting the Ontario Independent Meat Processors

Description of project

We are pleased to be assisting the Ontario Independent Meat Processors (OIMP) with updating their strategic plan. OIMP is the representative voice of the meat and poultry processors in Ontario and has continued to work closely with commodity organizations and various levels of government since 1980. OIMP works alongside its members to advocate for policies that support the meat and poultry processing sector in the province. OIMP’s work to support and represent the industry is particularly important in the face of current challenges that the industry is facing. We are working with the OIMP to ensure that its strategic plan provides them with the planning tools needed to support the meat and poultry processors of Ontario.

Please see below for how you can be involved in this important process.
