Food Summit 2018

The Arrell Food Institute’s Inaugural Food Summit took place in May of 2018. The summit brought together hundreds of provincial, national and international agriculture and agri-food stakeholders from across the sector. The following case studies were presented as part of the Food and Agriculture Business Seminars and used to spark insightful and thought-provoking discussions.
